Jeffrey Glazer is a Senior Portfolio Controller and was part of the company during its transition from New York City REIT to American Strategic Investment Company. From 2016 through 2018, he served as the company’s Consultant Manager and Accounting Officer. Prior to joining the company, he held several senior financial roles. From 2021 through 2024, he was Director and Corporate Controller at The Predictive Index. Before that, he served as Controller of Viral Gains from 2019 through 2021. From 2021 through 2024, he was Vice President of Finance, North America, for David Wood and Associates in San Francisco.
Work Experience
Mr. Glazer has a background in public accounting, having worked for regional firms and most recently at RSM US. He has experience in both publicly traded and private companies and has been a strategic partner in early-stage startups as well as private equity-backed organizations. He has participated in numerous capital raises, ranging from Series A to growth stages.
Jeffrey is also a senior member of volunteer organizations that support children in need, inspired by the loss of his little sister at a very young age.
Mr. Glazer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Oslo and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the McCallum Graduate School at Bentley University.
